Thank you for shopping with Mildly Offensive Apparel. Every order helps keep sarcasm alive and emotionally stable people slightly uncomfortable.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are produced, processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Mildly Offensive Apparel uses Printify and its print-provider network to produce and ship our products. This means most items are made after your order is placed.
We do not keep large stacks of shirts in a garage next to questionable life choices. Your product is printed specifically for you after checkout.
Because our items are print-on-demand, each order has two separate time periods:
- Production time — the time needed to print, prepare, and package your item.
- Shipping time — the time needed for the carrier to deliver your package after production is complete.
Printify states that standard production time is typically 2–7 business days, and production time generally cannot be expedited unless the order qualifies for Printify Express Delivery.
2. Estimated Production Time
Most orders are produced within:

Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume sales periods, supplier delays, equipment issues, product availability issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Production time starts after your order is successfully placed and payment is approved.
Business days do not typically include weekends or holidays.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on product type, print provider, shipping method, and delivery location.
Printify currently lists common shipping options as follows:

Printify shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates vary by product, provider, destination, and availability.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time is:

For most U.S. orders using standard shipping, a reasonable estimate is:
Approximately 4–12 business days after the order is placed
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, production issues, and regional disruptions can extend delivery time.
5. Express Delivery
Some products may qualify for Printify Express Delivery, which can provide production and delivery within 2–3 business days in eligible locations. Printify states that Express Delivery is currently available only for selected products and selected U.S. delivery areas.
If Express Delivery is available for your item, it may appear as a shipping option at checkout.
Express Delivery is not available for every product, size, color, design, destination, or order type.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
- Product type
- Number of items ordered
- Print provider
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery destination
- Domestic or international shipping
- Carrier rates
Printify shipping costs are not automatically included in the product price and may vary depending on product, provider, shipping method, and destination.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the carrier has accepted the package.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. A label being created does not always mean the carrier has physically scanned the package yet.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately.
Because Printify uses different print providers depending on the product, size, color, location, or availability, items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different facilities.
This means you may receive more than one package, with different tracking numbers, on different delivery dates.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
10. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are controlled by the carrier.
Mildly Offensive Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, local carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, regional disruptions, or incorrect delivery information.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check the shipping address used at checkout.
- Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, mailroom, front desk, or package locker.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number.

We will review the order and help determine next steps, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within:
14 days of delivery
Please include:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
We will review the issue and work with our print provider to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Do not throw away the item or packaging until the issue is resolved. The print provider may require photos or additional details.
12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination.
International orders may take longer due to customs processing, import inspections, local carrier delays, or regional delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Mildly Offensive Apparel does not control these charges and cannot predict them in advance.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, shipping charges may not be refundable.
13. Holiday and Peak Season Delays
Shipping and production times may increase during holidays, major sales periods, product launches, weather events, or high-volume carrier periods.
Order early if you need something by a specific date. We cannot guarantee delivery by birthdays, vacations, holidays, court dates, HR meetings, awkward family dinners, or any other emotionally loaded event.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

We will try to help, but once an order is submitted to production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
